Set in the largest purpose-built show marina, the 53rd Southampton International Boat Show was bigger than ever before, showcasing the very best the industry has to offer: on the show’s 70,000+ square meter footprint, 685 individual stands and berths were present.
With three days of UK national mourning and with one day of closure as a mark of respect for Her Majesty, the show welcomed over 83,000 people, 126 new companies and hosted 167 UK and World debuts over nine days.
Hempel Yacht stand was well attended, the stand staff were busy answering all kinds of questions best rated antifoulings in the big PBO test and our new patent-pending coating technology product, Hempaspeed TF. The visitors also requested expert advice on numerous queries about how to best protect their boat.
The 54th edition of the boat show will be returning to Mayflower Park, Southampton from 15-24th September 2023, with early bird tickets already available on the organizer website here.
